"Your PowerBlow unit has this little foam disc under the cap. It will get lubricant and other contaminants in it. You can clean and disinfect for several uses. The replacement discs are for when you need a replacement. Depending on your cleaning products and practices, it will determine the life of the discs. I find it best to have a stock just in case. There is no doubt these are the correct density, size, and are plug and play. Since this is a "wear" item, I don't really think the questions related to pleasure, comfort, fun, etc. , are relevant. Other than you want to keep your PB operating the best it can."
